Who we work with

Built for public buildings and public budgets.

Public projects need clear documentation, predictable scope and a contractor who stays accountable after installation. That is how we plan every project.

Municipal & county facilities

Administrative buildings, public works facilities, maintenance buildings, community facilities, and other government-owned properties.

Public authorities & agencies

Water, sewer, transportation, utility, and other public authorities with facility energy and infrastructure needs.

Schools & public institutions

Educational, administrative, operational, and community-use facilities where energy planning, documentation, and long-term system support matter.

Public-serving organizations

Organizations and facilities serving their communities that require a documented, professional approach to solar and energy projects.

How a public-sector project runs

A clear process, start to closeout.

  1. Facility review & energy-use analysis

We review utility bills and available usage data, the roof or site, electrical service and how the facility operates.

  2. Documented project scope

System size, equipment, assumptions and exclusions are put in writing, so everyone is evaluating the same project.

  3. System design & engineering coordination

Site-specific, code-compliant design, coordinated with structural and electrical review and licensed professionals where required.

  4. Procurement & bid support

We respond to solicitations with itemized pricing, a project schedule and the documentation the bid requires.

  5. Permitting, interconnection & installation

We manage permits, inspections and utility interconnection, and install the system with minimal disruption to facility operations.

  6. Commissioning, closeout & O&M

We test and commission the system, deliver closeout documentation and monitoring access, and provide long-term operations and maintenance.

Questions

Public-sector solar FAQ.

Do you respond to public bids and RFPs?

Yes. We prepare responses with a documented scope, itemized pricing, a project schedule and the forms and documentation the solicitation requires.

Can you meet prevailing wage requirements?

Where prevailing wage and certified payroll are required by the project, solicitation, or applicable law, we plan staffing and payroll documentation to meet those requirements.

What does an energy-use analysis include?

A review of the facility's utility bills and available usage data, operating schedule, roof or site conditions and electrical service, used to size the system and document the assumptions behind the production estimate.

Can you work with our architect, engineer or facilities staff?

Yes. We coordinate with your design professionals, facilities team and the authority having jurisdiction throughout design, permitting and installation.

Are production or savings guaranteed?

No. We provide estimates based on documented assumptions about usage, site conditions and utility rates. Actual results vary.

Can public entities use solar incentives?

Some federal and state programs may be available to public entities, depending on current program rules and project details. Eligibility is not guaranteed. We can provide project documentation to support your review with your own advisors.

Do you provide maintenance after installation?

Yes. We offer long-term operations and maintenance, including monitoring, preventive maintenance, inspections and repair.
